Extending this patio involved digging into the garden and removing large amounts of soil. We built retaining walls and planters which were rendered with grey coloured render, and the steps and patio were laid using sawn grey Indian sandstone. The Cedar screen and hardwood decking add a rich contrast, as does the floating seat. Lush contemporary planting adds the finishing touch as well as garden lighting.
